Responsible for overall eMail and Collaboration Services delivery for account(s) from planning, designing, configuring, installing, testing, maintaining, and growing. Leadership, work direction, and mentoring are required skills. They work with other towers to ensure that all problems are driven to resolution. They work directly with both the customer and the customer account teams to understand new requests/requirements. They identify potential issues and work with appropriate teams to provide solutions to address. They continue to search out new technologies and advances within the products supported by eMail and Collaboration Services. An in-depth knowledge of unique skill sets involving multiple and complex system components/applications is needed along with technical skills gained from years of experience.
1. Maintain a high awareness of technical change within the software environment
2. Maintain system programming skills through participation in installation, maintenance, customisation, support and testing activities.
3. Contribute to team development through identification of education opportunities.
4. Understand product processes and tools used by the team to facilitate continual improvement
