Job Details:

- Customer support analyst responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email to resolve SmartPlant Enterprise including, SmartPlant Foundation, 3D and Visualization, Engineering and Schematics)problems. http://www.intergraph.com/ppm/spe.aspx
- Analyze reported problems and ask appropriate questions to be able to quickly resolve or reproduce problems.
- Document all communications with customer on the issue/service request in CRM system
- Document solutions in knowledgebase, when appropriate.
- Verification of fixes in patches or service packs.
- May participate in certification of Smartplant Enterprise components during release cycles
- Preferred previous experience with SmartPlant Foundation
