BASIC QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
** The Development Manager will provide Technical leadership to a fast paced Engineering team and take Responsibility for delivering Enterprise class Software Products in the Internet Authentication domain.
** The Products are targeted at the top tier Financial Institutions and Pharmaceutical companies worldwide and will serve millions of Customers.
REQUIREMENT:
** Strong Technical background, with established track record of Design and Development of complex Software systems on an individual basis.
** Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills with a desire to learn new Technologies and drive innovation within the Engineering Organization.
** Focus on Customer satisfaction and ensuring that Products meet Customer requirements both on Quality and timeliness parameters.
** Ability to plan, execute and deliver Products in rapid timeframes in a fast paced environment.
** Overall strong experience with 4+ years in building and managing teams in a Software Product based environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
** Experience with Design and Development of Multi-Threaded Servers in JavaJ2EE and C++.
** Experience with Databases such as Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server.
** Experience with Development and Debugging on both Windows and Unix based platforms.
