Qualification & Experience: The Candidates should have a Master Degree in Economics, English, Scinece or Management with at lest 55% of marks or its equivalent grade at all levels and should have mim post qualification experience of 3 year in Management Information System, technical editing/script writing/web page design Knowledge of pedagogy of education, managing education sector with reference to total project management.
