JOB DESCRIPTION :

Strategize Performance Testing Requirements to improve & promote architecture and NFRs
- Maintain and improve the current benchmarks
- Provide leadership to teams and constantly strive to improve application architecture to ensure well-integrated applications are deployed to the business users
- Responsible for performing performance test reviews and leading testing effort throughout the project. This includes participation in Walkthrough and Inspection Reviews of products developed early in the project (e.g., a requirements specification), as well as unit, integration,
and system testing of software.
- Bring in industry best practices and benchmarks with an eye to innovated and exceed performance testing goals
