1.Telco OSS system knowledge
Experience in Customer Service Assurance (Trouble Ticketing - Problem, Change, SLA Management and Customer Event notification), Fulfilment (Order Management, Service Activation), Inventory (Logical, Physical and Network Discovery) Telco Processes for Wireline, Wireless, or Cable products).
2. Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience OSS related projects implementation in Telcos.
3. Knowledge of the Telco mission and processes, more specifically around OSSBSS andor SDPIMS along with eTOM.
Ability to work in a team environment and handle pressure situations.
Preferable Skills:
Hands on experience in any or more of the following vendor packages Amdocs, Metasolv, Cramer, Netcracker, Telcordia Granite, Network Engineer etc. Certification on one or more COTs products preferred.
