Job Details:

"Alert Monitoring for Security Information Management devices.
Keep current with emerging security alerts and issues; conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and development efforts."
Deploy, manage and maintain all security systems and their corresponding or associated software.
Design, implement and report on security system and end user activity audits; monitor server, firewall and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity; interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution
Recommend and schedule (where appropriate) fixes, security patches and any other measures required in the event of a security breach; assess need for any security reconfigurations and execute if required.
Required SkillsDomain Knowledge:-
" Good experience of working with UNIX systems. Knowledge of working with Databases & securing them will be key to this position.
Exposure to Security Information management tools - ArcSight, Netforensics, Event Co-relation, Log files & IDS alert management
Expertisethorough understanding of IT Security technologies, including: Vulnerability scanners, network and host based intrusion detection systems and encryption key management.
Prior experience must include knowledge of networks and platform operating systems, including HP-UX, AIX, SUN, Linux, Windows etc. along with knowledge of security infrastructures within these platforms; knowledge of TCPIP and network administrationprotocols Cisco. Knowledge of firewall architecture and design, network architecture and monitoring, reporting solutions to proactively identify issues and mitigate risk."
