Established New Media Agency has two positions for an experienced Web Designer and an experienced SEO specialist to join a growing team.
Web Designer - You will be working on exciting projects, and need to be strong with HTML and CSS. You need to be an excellent graphic designer, and be confident in using Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop, for this to then translate to the Web. You will also require an online portfolio to support this. You will take an active part in the planning and development of projects taking ownership to ensure completion. Take a proactive role in project commencement, design work specifically hi-quality design.
4 years commercial experience necessary. How to move from design to implementation and handover to ASP DOT NET teams. The individual should be able to demonstrate an eye for detail and design and in accordance with the W3C standards up to WAI-III Accessibility Level. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
SEO Specialist - Develop and execute SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) and web marketing strategies. Optimize all site components such as site architecture , page titles & descriptions , landing pages , meta tags , etc.
Measure and evaluate website and generate relevant reports and on-line PPC advertising performance to determine effectiveness. Develop affiliate , co-branding and partner relationships
Measure performance of various sections of the website and marketing promotions through rigorous quantitative analysis and evaluation
Prepare daily , weekly , and monthly standardized reports and will also be challenged with additional in-depth analysis of specific sections of the website as needed. Perform quantitative analysis for other business initiatives as required. The ideal candidate should possess:
Experience with SEO keyword research and development . Proficiency in SEO reporting and analytical tools . Ability to analyze raw data , draw conclusions , and develop actionable recommendations. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
