Job Details:

As a Training Instructor 3 you will deliver technical course content and supporting materials to internal and external clients using a wide variety of delivery methods. Courses will be on software and hardware products and will be targeted to audiences at many levels including: NetApp customers, employees, resellers, and partners. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, and with a commitment to excellence and client service.
Essential Functions:
- Work with world-wide audience to assess skills related to Software Engineering
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop appropriate Software Engineering curriculum and best practices for worldwide internal audience
Requirements:
- Professional work experience in managing or working with software development tools and processes
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage collaborative partner relationships with technical organizations
Education and Experience:
- A Masters Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or other related technical field; or equivalent experience is required
- Background with Unix/Linux, Windows, NAS or SAN development and/or system administration a plus
