Job Details:

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide MS Windows infrastructure management and support.
Work closely with Software Development team and support them in troubleshooting issues and servicing new requests.
Provide L2 & L3 support of IT Infrastructure and Development environment to local as well as remote offices.
Provide L1 & L2 support for all LANWAN related issues and requests.
Ensure SLAs defined for the business are met.
Support backuprestore infrastructure and requests.
Strong working knowledge on many of the Microsoft products such as MS Windows Server 20032008, Windows Virtualization, MS Exchange Server 20032007, MS Office SharePoint Server 2007, Internet Information Server (IIS), Windows Terminal Services.
Experience on managing and administering MS SQL Server 200020052008.
Enterprise Level knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS and DHCP.
