JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.Act as a first line functional support for the assigned business area assisting the business processes within SAP to
achieve maximum business benefit with the system.
2.Identify business process improvement opportunities within the assigned SAP module to streamline the process
3.Identify new business processes in SAP functional area to improve our existing business processes
4.Act as a team member for SAP modules development to derive benefits.
5.Train maximum number of the SAP module end users to use the system effectively.
Qualifications:
Essential
Graduate with strong post graduate training and development evident with in the business area.
Essential responsibilities executed
A Techno Functional HR consultant with 2 or more implementation Experience of HR Processes and Forms. Intermediate experience in setting up Workflows. Knowledge on HR function
