Manager Finance:
The person will be required to head accounts and finance function of company and its UK, USA , Singapore subsidiaries.
Very strong on Revenue Management, STPI, SEZ and Service TAX.
Preparation of MIS on Monthly basis.
Compilation, analysis and monthly P&L and balance sheet.
Preparation and monitoring of budgets on Monthly or yearly basis.
Calculation and Deposition of Service Tax TDS, FBT.
Timely preparation of budgets and balance sheet.
To perform all Functions relating to Finance & Accounts.
Liasoning for billing, booking and collections.
Exposure to IAS/ IFRS / US GAAPs
Good Communication
Familiarity with Sun system or ERP (SAP)
Ability to work independently
Ability to interact with multiple cultures
Quality orientation and process improvement bent of mind
