Should be good at project management practices
Should amenable and provide leadership and mentoring technical staff
Good communication and networking skills for cross product and cross geo interactions.

Job Description

We are looking for people who have deep product development experience and have the passion for storage domain and want to make a difference in a growing team.
The role requires providing technical leadership and mentoring to conceive, develop and deliver the cutting-edge storage products to the target market space
Prior technical leadership experience in the storage domain is a must and should have good level of understanding of the following technologies Storage Virtualization, RAID, Disaster Recovery, Snapshots, Replication, Backup, Clustering and High Availability products. This resource will also have good understanding of storage protocols like FC-SAN, SCSI, FC, FCP, SNS, IP-SAN, iSCSI, iSNS, iFCP.
