Job Details:

To lead the Software Team consisting of Software Developers, Web Designers and Test Engineers to effectively design and develop application software against set deadlines. Set and monitor KPIs aligned to achieving organisational goals.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:

- Manage team daily to achieve KPI s
- Communicate deadlines to team via KPI s
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in IT industry.

- Minimum 2 years experience in all phases of project life cycle.
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Service Oriented
Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year experience in ASP.Net (exposure to 3.0 required), XML
Services.
- Minimum 2 years, solid hands on experience on programming skills in
ASP.net and C#.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of best practises of programming.
- Proven database design skills.
