Description: Technical experience with the Microsoft technologies, including database, IIS & operating systems. Moderate to Strong technical and verbal skills.
Role: Responsible for the identification & resolution of production issues that do not require modification of the application code. Works within established procedures for resolution of data andor application configuration issues.
