Job Description for Delivery Service ManagerTeam Lead:
Job Title: Delivery Service ManagerTeam Lead
Career Level: Level D ( 5.5 to 8 Years ) and Level C (8 to 13 Years)
Work Location: Bangalore.
Technical skills required:
-The candidate (system admin) should be managing Mainframe ZOS Operating System
-Should technically strong and should be managing production based environment.
-Mainframe support - Hardware configuaration, Workload Mangement,Zos, CICS, DB2
-Mainframe Environment, ZOS, DB2 DB2 System Admin, Storage, CICS, Networking TCP IP etc
For Level C - (8 to 13 Years of Experience):
-Mainframe relevant experience should be 5yrs+
-L3 with ITIL experience or Project Mgmt (which is good to have)

-Should be from Infrastructure domain
-should have managed large mainframe environment
-Should be handling a team of 40 plus resource
-Should have skills like, change management, people management, project management, problem management.
-ITILPMP Certifications.( Good to have)
**Will have a six months on the job training at US. Will have to travel onsite during the project.
For Level D - (5.5 to 8 Years of Experience:)
-Mainframe relevant experience should be 2.5 Years Plus
-L1 L2 Mainframe System Admin
-Technical skills remains the same as Level D
Education Requirement:
Engineering background, MCA ,(MBA Desirable).
Travel Requirement:
Travel requirements are project specific and there might be a requirement
