Must have skills:
1. Core Java and J2EE technologies - (Core Java, Jsp, Servlets, and Struts)

3. Expertise in Hibernate and JBPM (preferred)
4. Good understanding of design patterns.
5. Experience in maintenance project adds value and also liked by client.
6. UnixShell Scripting (Nice to have, not Mandatory but good to have command level knowledge)
7. It is preferred to have candidates from reputed educational institutions having an Engineering degree with good academic track record (Preferably 70%+)
Candidate should have strong Technical background & should be able to work independently for all the positionsroles.
Strong communication skills, Analytical and reasoning skills are must.
Good hands-on Java, J2EE and SQL expertise. Basically candidate should posses good knowledgeexperience in Object Oriented Concepts, strong basics & fundamentals of Java.
Education Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Math, or Business; or relevant experience in one of these fields.
Travel Requirement:
Travel requirements are project specific and there might be a requirement.
