Job Details:

Responsible for managing the Service on-boarding process, Conducting Presentations/Demo for awareness on the Tool Managing and facilitating progress, pressure and escalate delays;- Assessment of Templates;- Manage and chair iteration meeting between vendor and customer. Liaise with vendor to script and test application changes in service monitoring script- Liaise with internal entities after unnoticed changes impacted service monitoring. - Liaise with vendor for BPM related updates and possible impact on running monitoring service Coordinates and arbitrates request process issues and enhancements Verification on the consistency of forms, approach, reporting requirements and approval methods / mechanisms. Excellent communication and documentation skills
