responsible for design through deploy of monitoring solutions for Strategic and discretionary projects. - This includes designing new elemental (agent based) and transactional (OVIS and Mercury) monitoring solutions that meets the needs of our customers and follows our enterprise monitoring standards.
Large Enterprise Experience with HP OpenView applications including, OpenView Operations, Network Node Manager, OpenView Internet services, OpenView Service navigator maps, Mercury Business Availability Center, TelAlert, HP Service Center
