Handling and implementing organization - wide ERP integrating systems / processes across all divisions, multi - location manufacturing units and Head office.
Strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
Taking ownership of all ERP systems and related processes from the user perspective.
IT planning, organization and development.
Visionary approach in continuously assessing the changing IT environment and recommending necessary IT improvements/upgradation in line with the companys long term objectives.
