1. Must have at least 2 years of experience in Flash Designing with ActionScript 2.0/3.0 & Flex.
2. Must have experience working with any server side technology interaction with Flash (PHP/ASP/JSP)
3. Must have good knowledge of XML & excellent communication skills.

Job Description

1.The candidate would be responsible to independently conceptualize, design and develop flash applications using Flash ActionScript 2.0/3.0, Flex & PHP/ASP/JSP (as server side technology).
2. Must have good communication skills to manage US clients.
3.Flash Action Scripting (2.0 & 3.0) and Graphic Designing experience.
4. Proficient in the usage of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Flash CS2/CS3, etc.
5.Should have experience in designing user interface and layouts for enterprise web applications including flash applications.
6. Experience on web scripting solutions, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, etc. should be able to support and drive the basic integration between team members.
7.Integrate content using the Software / Tools / Web Sites
Qaulifacation = any (not preferrable)
