Job Details:

- Familiarity with both functional and technical aspects of SAP is an added advantage
- Co-ordination with the SAP teams in areas for high severity problems critical till closure. Guidance to the L1 teams to manage SAP related calls
- Co-ordination with the Business Support teams for user access management related issues till closure
- Sound understanding of P&L, costing and budgeting

- Sound knowledge of key IT infrastructure technologies - servers, storage, networks and security
- Strong operational discipline, that translates into compliance in terms of SLAs, budgets, process metrics, statutory and other compliances.
- SAP PMP Certified Experience in manufacturing Domain would be an added advantage

ExperienceOrganization:
- Min of 18 years of experience

- Candidate should have minimum 10 years of SAP R3 and 4 years of SAP B1 project experience
- Must be a high energy individual with demonstrated ability to lead a nationwide network of delivery resources, often numbering hundreds, through an empowered core team of direct reports and by matrix management of competency leaders
- Should have good communication and leadership skills
