Here are some essential skills we are looking for X1 candidate
Strong communication skills, very essential since the associate will need to work in NA timings with various NA teams and users for resolving the issues, participating and leading conference and bridge calls
Good support experience on medium to big Citrix environments, we have approx 25 Citrix environments with more than 600 Citrix servers
Experience on essential Citrix components like Web Interface, Citrix Secure Gateway and Secure Ticketing Authority
Experience on basic troubleshooting tools like filemon, regmon, ethreal/wireshark etc
Experience on Terminal Services
Experience in working on environments that are delivered across a WAN - crossing VPNs, Routers, Firewalls
Basic scripting knowledge - KIX, VBscript, Batch, etc.
Experience in Networking, Windows and/or Novell
