Job Details:

Create and maintain Billing, Network (Xacct) and APM integrated environments for POCs (Proof Of Concept) development and demonstration.
Professional services (PSO). Serve as a short term support for various tasks, combined with building best practices for external SIs use.
Configure, support and troubleshoot the Amdocs software configuration and installation.
Sets Up, Install, configure and maintain various types of enabler runtime environments and multi products environments.
Sets up and installs the infrastructure tools that will be used for all ICM products.
Supports and troubleshoots the Amdocs software configuration and installation.
Handle complex technical issues in the product area.
Provide ENV support for application teams, Start Pack.
Provide technical and professional guidance to others teams, developers and system integrators.
Improve current working processes & procedures while working with newest versions.
Pilot installations of Amdocs products at customer sites.
Support production like activities.
Candidate will develop their knowledge in all new Infra Products, working with ADDM (TIGER), ABDM (AIMXDM), AUM (Amdocs Upgrade Manager), CRM, ABMGXACCT, APRM, SS, integration between Amdocs Products, etc in this role.
Technical expertise :
Familiarity with UNIX, shell scripts, Oracle, SQL
Billing Infra Experience Installation and configuration
AMSS, CRM and OMS Infra Experience Installation and configuration advantage.
