The Creative Support Services team supports the Intranet management, Graphics support and content management requirements for marketing organizations across HP.
Job Description
Responsible for Creation, Maintenance and Technical Support for Intranet Websites
Core daily activities:
Content updating and hosting
Designing and maintaining websites based on instructions from content owners in HTML and WPC.
Provide technical support by adding enhancements/functionalities to existing websites
Management of website content through WPC
Ensuring all websites are HP Standards compliant
Deliverables & responsibilities:
Responsible to support selected BU segments, at EMEA, WW and APJ and country level.
Responsible for creating, maintaining and technical support for websites adhering to quality and TAT requirements
Acquire technical and business knowledge as required
Troubleshooting and interaction with Client per requirements
