Education : Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / MCA or Equivalent
Relevant Experience : 4 - 7 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities
* You shall support a team of people centrally or handle some critical accounts and be responsible for Implementation and support of large-scale Unix systems
/ Sun Enterprise Servers.
* You will be a technical specialist responsible for end-end scoping & design of technical solutions, analyzing & resolving complex technical problems with
minimal need for technical assistance and performance tuning.
* As a subject matter expert, you shall anticipate and resolve technical problems and provide expert knowledge to our team of engineers.
* As a technology specialist, you shall address complex business / technical / process requirements.
* You will be responsible for process implementation for large accounts, ensures process compliance, use quality as a tool to improve customer satisfaction
and enhance service delivery.
Technical & Professional Competencies:
* Understanding of technology SUN (hardware & software) and specific domain expertise.
Behavioral & Managerial Competencies :
* High self drive and confidence
* Willingness to learn and work in teams
