Job Details:

- Work in the Product Development team to develop and build Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) based Self Service solutions for our customers.
- Designing, coding & testing of modules and components assigned.
- Documentation of work performed.
Candidate Profile:
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Graduate degree in any stream.
- 2 - 3 year's relevant experience in C++ / VC++, preferably with multithreading and system level programming skills.
- An exposure to all the phases of software development life cycle.
- Good analytical, logical & communication skills.
