Job Description :-
Skills :-
Eperience in Siebel Call Center v6.3/7.x/8.0 with Sales, Call Center functionality implemented
Will utilize Siebel Tools to configure, script, create interfaces, workflow, etc) on a highly customized Siebel implementation (many base tables extended) based on design specifications provided
Responsible for Unit Testing work and ensuring that configuration meets provided design
Solid working knowledge of Oracle relational databases (8i or later)
Solid working knowledge of PL/SQL
Experience in Unix;
Strong analytical and creative problem solving and trouble shooting skills; self-motivated, yet a team-player in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Excellent communications (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills.
Be capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
Desired Skills
Experience in Biotechnology and/or Pharma industry a big plus
Experience in Siebel 8 a major plus
Technical Degree from a reputed university
Exp: -3+ yrs to 6yrs
