ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Technical Skills:
Must have some experience in working with all game consoles & very strong work experience in X360 PS3 and Wii.
Must have handled around 20 projects & currently handling a team of around 20 people.
Expertise in Defect database & Defect lifecycle.
Must have handled work AAA Titles.
Good exposure to creation and execution of Testing Plans and Test documentation.
Good exposure to making Test Guides.
Ability to accurately assess capabilities of testers & subsequently assign work.
Ability to take decisions on defect closure and defect status.
Other Skills:
Must have the ability for Resource Planning & Allocation.
Must have excellent experience in Client Communication & Status Reporting.
Must have the ability to groom test leads to move up the hierarchy.
Proficiency in Verbal and Written English
A passionate gamer who is open to flexible work timings. (Must be open to working nights & Weekends when necessary).
