JOB DESCRIPTION :

Project Summary and Position Overview:
Level 1 Support is responsible for triage, trouble shooting, resolution and escalation as per service levels and documentation. Candidate will be responsible for providing first level support in monitoring and control of the TR Services as defined by the responsibilities of the Team. The position will involve shift work, covering services provided globally on a 24x7x365 basis.
Essential Day to Day Responsibilities:
To ensure quick response to major and critical events and the ability to be able to follow fix and escalation procedures
To ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System operated in the respective site
To identify and report deficiencies in systems, services and procedures, and ensure that corrective actions identified are completed
To ensure personal awareness of and adherence to established Incident Management and Problem Management procedures
To ensure personal knowledge of all supported systems is continually updated
Additional Information:
Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7x365 Shift
100% of operations ( working on incidents)
