Project Summary & Position Overview :
The project is about engaging our stakeholders in our reporting programme to deliver IT solutions to support business needs and processes as defined in the Financial, Service, Sales, order management and Technical domains.The projects will not only consist of solidifying the strategy into concrete steps to achieve, but also 'dove-tail' the activities with the ongoing functional changes required to the reporting tools as change requests submitted by an evolving business get.
Deliverables :
Daily-Weekly-Monthly updates as agreed with the programme manager and/or the sponsor of the project.
Owns PID (Project Initiation Document) and ensures the right input is delivered into the document and that it has had the required reviews.
Own the Project Management Plan (Organisation of the project, Gantt Charts, Risk and dependencies register, Actions and Issues list, clear roles and responsibilities, project financials), from creation to closure through ongoing management and control.
Owns the Quality Plan.
Although no responsible for their delivery, the project manager will be accountable for the timely generation and delivery of PIA (Project Implementation Architecture), the Support Model (agreed between all relevant parties), the training delivery program
Competencies required/ Desired Skills :
Strong understanding of various reporting technologies and their purpose fitness in operational and analytical environments.
Strong understanding of data warehousing projects and activities.
Strong understanding of CRM solution as well as Analytics and BO reporting tools.
Strong understanding of in several of Siebel CRM, SAP, Services, Sales, Finance, Order management, ERP, ABC, Performance management and/or Technical fulfilments domains.
Strong grasp of database driven solutions and their environmental fit
The candidate must be very converse with multi-national, multi-lingual and corporate environments.
The candidate must be driven by delivery and service whilst displaying structured and controlled management of all aspects of a project.
