Manage and maintain IM - Information Management operations through a shared service environment.
Provide post go live support to Operating Companies
Ensure that IM Process & Governance framework is implemented in Operating Companies
Train and educate end users on support processes in accordance with IM Process & Governance Framework
Understanding the IM Landscape
Ensure harmonization of the IM environment (Reports, Queries, Cubes etc.)
Understanding global industry and company standards present with respect to master data
Suggesting improvements in the current support processes
Participate in workshops during cutover, intensive care and help setup the support environment in operating companies in terms of people and processes
Adhering to SLAs for delivery
Leading a group team of people carrying out the day to day operations for IM Support
