With an objective of offering end-to-end solutions, a Creative Support Services Team has been formed to offer Graphics Support, Content Management and Intranet Support services. We are poised for substantial growth by building a new service line for HP services and non-HP clients globally.
The team comprises experienced professionals with strong creative design and technical backgrounds and significant experience in BPO, driven by a passion to create and enhance business content while entertaining global client requests
The Creative Support Services team supports the Intranet management, Graphics support and content management requirements for marketing organizations across HP.
Job Description
The selected candidates will join HP DSAS team and would be working with TSG Market communication operations.
Responsible for managing Intranet support team and deliverables
Core daily activities:
Project Management
Team management
Client coordination and management.
Ensuring timely delivery with quality standards
Troubleshooting when situation demands
Deliverables & responsibilities:
Responsible for deliverables for selected BU segments, at EMEA, WW and APJ and country level.
Responsible for managing teams for all regions and timely delivery with satisfactory quality on all fronts
Acquire technical and business knowledge as required
Troubleshooting and interaction with Client per requirements
Recruiting team members and conducting FPR
Mentoring team members and planning career paths for them
Regular reporting and ensuring good Client Satisfaction levels
