JOB DESCRIPTION :

Project Summary / Position Overview:
In person in this role would be driving various key programs across various Business Units. The overall responsibility would include delivering the complete program end-to-end i.e. from feasibility study to user training
Essential Day to day Responsibilites:
1. Complete Program Management responsibilities
2. Derive and deliver Business Solutions and take a leadership role in doing so.
3. Prepare program strategy and coordinate with various teams in implementing it
4. Status reporting
5. Elementary architectural knowledge
6. Implement and rollout defined programs as per schedule
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management
8. Pro-active customer service attitude
9. Participate in periodic (daily or weekly) review meetings with the global development group to discuss project status, system design and/or product requirements.
10. Day to day interaction with project champions and other stakeholders including product manager, quality assurance, technical support, developers and globally-based program management and software development groups.
11. Travel (domestic and internationall) to other Thomson facilities on project business
12. Drive organic growth and improve profitability of the managed projects
