HP Decision Support Analysis Services (DSAS) team commenced in May 2005 as a global initiative to provide support to Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Finance and HR business functions through data mining & predictive modeling, reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management, optimization & simulation solutions. We are poised for substantial growth by building a new service line for HP services and non-HP clients globally.
The team has an excellent mix of experienced professionals with strong analytics and business consulting background and significant experience in BPO, who are driven by a passion to draw business inference from external and internal data while delivering on global client requests
Job Description
The selected candidates would be part of the Decision Support Analysis Services team and work with the HP businesses in the areas of Product Management.
Deliverables and objectives:
Help define, drive and implement strategy the product that you are responsible for, including alignment with overall product portfolio; understand and communicate how the product space is evolving over time and ensure that complementary offerings also evolve
Participate in the product team throughout the product life cycle; work with the product planner to keep product roadmap up-to-date and current, provide customer collateral including external roadmaps and outbound customer presentations
Stay up-to-date on solutions and offerings; help ensure that the product meets the needs of our customers and is competitive with our competitors products (as well as addressing threats from the ecosystem)
Skills Requirement
Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills. Ability to present to senior management; ability to facilitate and lead multi-functional meetings with a clearly defined purpose
Ability to see the "big" picture and drive resolution to open issues; ability to clearly estimate, identify, and communicate specific business objectives in an uncertain analytical environment
Must be able to patiently facilitate and negotiate agreement to business objectives across multiple parties
Ability to balance multiple priorities within the job
Strong acumen for numbers (some accounting or finance would be a plus)
