JOB DESCRIPTION :

Project Summary :
This position is in Management Information Services Group which takes care of all Business Systesm internally. A key strategic intiative has been taken up to build a internal Peregrine team and transition all the work that is currently being done by third party vendors in UK along with some direct consultants. This Manager position is to drive this intiative and make it successful.
Essential Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Complete Project Management responsibilities for establishing and managing teams.
2. Derive and deliver Business Solutions and take a leadership role in doing so.
3. Prepare technical strategy and guide the project in implementing it
4. Status reporting
5. Elementary architectural knowledge
6. Lead teams of 20-30 resources (TL/SSE/SE).
7. Implement and rollout defined projects as per roadmaps
8. Follow recommended software development methodology standards
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management
10. Pro-active customer service attitude
