Job Details:

Graduate To deliver classroom and on the job training to impact Business results.
To conduct on field studies to identify process, skill and knowledge gaps to providing inputs to PL to help conceptualize & construct learning solutions to positively impact above stated biz outcomes as agreed with biz.
Customize content to include circle specific role plays and case studies.
Report on classroom and on the job training, as per formats.
Ensure execution of training (as per the training calendar) & post training certification.
Identify gaps in knowledge and conduct refreshers as corrective measure to improve productivity.
Conduct On the Job Training and field Audits.
Coordinate & implement on ground execution of the Project.
Maintaining & Tracking store training performance, and defined TRAINING METRICS.
Track competition activities like schemes, promos, and Tariff changes.
Provide circle specific feedback to Corporate Content and Training team.
