Purpose/Summary:
Manage a team of 16+ Level 2 Consultants covering various SAP modules and strive for efficiency gain, process improvement on regular basis
Ensure service issues are processed with urgency to continually improve impact to the business
Build and maintain customer satisfaction by achieving the prompt resolution of service issues and communicating effectively with all levels of customer's team, from analysts to senior executives
Participate in the 16*5 support structure
Contribute to Knowledge management system. Must be able to coordinate, diagnose, isolate, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues under extreme pressure
Primary Responsibility
Ensure meeting set KPI/SLA on continuous basis
To closely interact with the L2 consultants carrying out service requests across multiple modules
To act as the first escalation point to the stake-holders and closely coordinate with the team and TLs of various support teams for quick turn-around of tickets
