Job Details:

Vibrant Serve FZC at Sharjah is currently recruiting for GBM\IBM for the IT infrastructure support team. The positions are under the payroll of Vibrant Serve FZC and are for a project duration of 6months , extendable to 1 year.
Responsibilities
Helpdesk and support to Qatalum IS/IT users.
Primary responsibilities are:
Have the role as Helpdesk Consultant in Qatalum
Support the organisation on:
Helpdesk support on phone
Local support to users desk
Support the network team on local installation
Trouble shoot local problems
Configure and install PCs, IP-phones
Use Track-IT as helpdesk tool
Participate in the team and contribute to stable operation
Ensure that the quality requirements are met
3Qualification requirements
University degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from operation of within IT/IS infrastructure and systems
Good knowledge of PC hardware and windows operating system
Well known with Windows Office system
Certified from Microsoft
