Purpose/Summary:
Responsible for setting up and managing the IS Business process improvement team
Provide professional support on system and processes, facilitating an environment where the GSC IS Process department can fulfill the vision of easy for our customers, efficient for us .
Enable excellent customer service with competitive cost.
Fully accountable for achievement of a sustainable organization in GSC IS Process Improvement Department, including staffing, succession planning for further development and contingency arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Talent Retention
Responsible for functional training and education, mapping user competencies and development inline with business needs
Identify innovative ways of talent retention
Quality management (voice and Technical)
Ensure quality assurance and control
Define standards and compliance process
Ensure effective governance
Process Excellence (inline with APMM PEX policy)
Be the project manager. With special focus on internal efficiencies and increased customer satisfaction.
Initiate project base on production requirements to help production team continuously making improvement.
Focus in maintaining simple and standardized processes easily transferable in contingency situation.
Drive the continuous improvement mindset across the GSC IS Process Department.
