Position: GP&P Liaison Officer
The Opportunity:
The GSO GP&P Liaison will be a key role within the Global Process and Planning team tasked with reviewing all signed contracts, requesting the appropriate changepoint projects, and distributing appropriately within the GSO organization, as well as supporting the Continuous Improvement programs currently established within GSO.
Responsibilities:
Review the inbound contracts and prioritize appropriately.
Request the change point project.
Distribute the contract and hours associated to the relevant delivery teams.
Coordinate with the Pricing team to ensure quick turn around for contracts to change point.
Support of internal document management (publishing, tracking, reporting)
Support of internal process audit execution
Support of compliance reporting
Knowledge and Skills:
Masters or Bachelors Degree in any stream
