Job Details:

Should have experience of managing clustered database for Enterprise Class projects with core expertise of financial accounting & billing.
Will be required to monitor and handle all database related queries and issues.
Should be able to analyze program requirement and participate in software framework design, as well as implementing DBA solutions.
Review applications and recommend modifications to improve data access performance.
Should be able to design and code utilities to support the database administration function and maintenance of backup operations.
Design database schemas. Develop and implement recovery operations procedures, which minimize downtime for all database instances.
Create and modify PL/SQL database scripts for reporting, manipulation, importing and exporting of data.
DESIRED PROFILE
3-5 years of experience in financial accounting and billing systems of utility providers/financial services companies using clustered database is a must.
Certification MS SQL or Oracle 10g will be preferred.
Should be able to analyze program requirement and participate in software design and deep understanding/experience of DBA activities.
Must have very good experience with data modeling concepts and relational database theories.
Experience in Database migration would be an added advantage.
Experience in synchronizing with core banking application and mobile telecom systems.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
