JOB DESCRIPTION :

o 12-15 years of overall experience
o Minimum 3+ years of experience on Data Migration projects
o Extensive working/hands-on knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica (ver 7.x and higher)
o Past experience in providing technical leadership in medium to large Data Migration projects (100+ man months)
o Extensive knowledge of Data Migration methodologies, processes etc
o Knowledge of Data Migration estimation/sizing techniques
o Extensive knowledge of Oracle database
o Excellent communication skills to face-off with demanding customers
o Experience in the insurance domain would be preferred
o Experience in product development would be preferred
o Exposure to international clients would be preferred
