Job Details:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translating business needs into processes and system specifications by researching, analysing, designing, and implementing business processes, and assist in the development and implementation of the systems supporting these processes.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Maintain our software solutions to provide accurate, efficient and
valuable information to Management
- Maintain a strong relationship with EDS Datawarehouse
- Documented system and business processes
- Implement systems and business processes
- Provide training
- Define and implement business processes and systems
- Extract data from reliable sources in an efficient manner
- Ad hoc projects aimed at improving information systems
- Provide operational support to business users
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- High levels of personal drive, dedication, initiative and adaptability
- Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in MS Office suite -
in particular Excel
- Expertise in Data analysis skills including, SQL Server & MS Access
- Knowledge/Good understanding of XML and web development
technologies
- Expertise in Reporting tools: SQL Reporting Services and/or Crystal
