Job Details:

Candidate would be responsible for:
Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners.
Builds affiliate network and partners; develops relationships with key affiliates, and negotiates for better placement and visibility.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
Implement strategy for affiliate program, including awareness, acquisition and retention tactics to achieve program targets.
Executes affiliate promotions and monitor success. Responds to and resolves affiliate inquiries and concerns.
Manage merchant partners as Supper Affiliates
Co-ordinate with creative team on developing creatives & distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates.
Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.
Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.
Work closely with International Business Manager to develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans
The candidate should have ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics. Monitor & evaluate industry trends
