Overall experience of around 15 - 20 years of experience in IT industry with atleast 8 - 10 years in focused Quality, assurance, testing and validation services.

- Leading offshore development, testing centres with a capacity of more than 200+ technical resources.
- Business and operations planning.
- IT consulting and IT Business program management experience.
- Budgeting & costing.
- Lead a team of sales people.
- Lead a team of delivery.
- Service Level agreement management, application management and outsourcing.
- Enterprise level client facing skills.
- Pre-sales team building and development.
- Customer relationship.
- Measuring and improving the customer satisfaction.
- Any ITIL process/certification experience:- ISO 9001, CMM Level / Six Sigma experience.
- Partnership engagement.
- Customer presentation, conferencal call participation able to guide the team with excellent leadership experience.
