Some knowledge of telephony applications and telephony technologies and concepts is required but training will be provided in the beginning.
The candidate will be expected to have experience in formulating or at least following test plans and writing and executing test cases.
A lot of interaction takes place between the software development team at Company and our client (Intervoice) in the US. Therefore the candidate should have good command of English and good communication skill
