Job DescriptionManage technical projects from initiation through implementation, including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation.
Job Responsibilities The TPM Role is central to how InfoAxon manages its development projects. From the onset this role is expected to help the management establish Project Management Processes and ensure its compliance.
The key responsibilities of the project manager include planning, tracking, Resource allocation, management reporting, team communications, Customer Management, and Risk Management on multiple InfoAxon Projects.
Establish and manage project requirements, priorities and milestones, deadlines. Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.
Manage budget for assigned project(s), monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Prepare and present progress reports for management.
Manage Projects and client relationships. Interact at very high levels with clients and decision-makers both internally and externally.
Manage expectations and provide master project planning to ensure all agreed upon client deliverables are met cost effectively and according to project timeline commitments.
Maintain Risk Register across Projects and help InfoAxon management address risks and issues early enough in the Projects.
