1. Pragmatic, intelligent and articulate architecting of high traffic, high performance websites based on .Net platform.
2. Leading a small team of energetic developers working on building websites that will be used by millions of people in dozens of countries.
3. Deliver time based targeted solutions.
DESIRED PROFILE
1. At least 5 to 7 years experience in the IT industry.
2. Several years experience in architecting high performance websites based on .Net platform.
3. Good understanding of and experience with internationalization and localization of English based websites to Latin (FR, DE, ES) and non-Latin based locales (CN, JP, KR).
4. Many years experience with design patterns.
5. Many years experience with databases such as SQL Server.
6. Ability to strike balance between elegance and real world expedience.
7. Hands on coding expertise with C#, SQL Server and ASP.Net.
8. Any previous search background/experience will be a valuable asset.
9. Ability to work long hours and overtime as required.
