Job Details:

Position Duties:
Provide technical guidance to software engineers on development of functional specifications, design, code and tests.
Provide technical guidance to software engineers in troubleshooting customer issues & software defects reported by customers.
Lead effort estimation, development planning & tracking.
Coordinate development of detailed designs, code and test suites within the team.
Allocate work to software engineers, monitor development progress within team, report progress to engineering management.
Coordinate with other onsite/offsite teams for issues relating to the assigned product/component.
Lead a team of 5-8 software engineers.
Work with Engineering Manager to define performance objectives for team members and provide feedback on individual performance.
Work closely and cooperatively with other teams/functions to collaboratively execute projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
